A FIELD5 attachment, that is meant to isolate and capture transients like rain, birds or similar sounds.

Raindrops strike the 30cm engraved plexiglass disc and the FIELD5 picks up every impact directly from the material — a percussion instrument played by the weather. Beyond rain, the resonant plate isolates other transient sources for close, detailed field recording of environmental micro-events.
