Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item and place a new order.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

Customers in the European Union may cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without justification, provided the item remains unused and in original condition.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
